Okay so I’m back. I have been gone from this blog for a while, but I am back back back. 

I just got back from the gym, too. I ran at an average pace for 30 minutes, then fast-walked for 5 minutes, sprinted for 5 minutes and walked for 4 min. 

And I ate around 1400. Give or take a few. This included a bagel and orange for breakfast, 2 eggs + a piece of toast for lunch, tomato salad for supper and snacks: 2 apples, 1 orange, 1/2 cup of bran flakes, a yogurt and a handful of dried fruit.
